Feasibility Studies

We have undertaken a number of feasibility studies for our clients.  The aim of the feasibility is to problem solve and produce a workable solution.  We do this by initially brainstorming a number of possible solutions to the problem.  We then apply a qualitative selection process to these solutions to come up with 2 or 3 options that we will examine in more detail.  Once this has been done then we will apply a structured quantitative assessment of the options to produce a preferred option that can be taken forward for design.  We will involve and consult with our clients at all stages of the process to ensure that the client is fully conversant with the preferred option and the reasons why it was chosen.

We will provide the client with a feasibility study report providing a full audit trail of the full process from initial brainstorming and optioneering through to final selection.  The report will contain outline design drawings for the preferred option where appropriate.
